  2. *Social work staff assigns this socioeconomic classification to each patient treated at the clinic to determine the fees for clinical services and several indicators are considered: occupation, monthly income, type of housing, number of people patients live with, number of economic providers and dependents. 1x is the lowest socioeconomic level (exempt from payment), while 6 is the highest
