For each condition/cytokine, a responder was defined by a ≥ 50% increase in the percentage of cytokine production as compared to baseline (i.e. day 0). Chi-square analysis was performed using pooled data of all cytokines and comparing the proportion of responders in peptide-stimulated cells vs unstimulated cells of the same individuals
